*Booking and Payment*

Booking retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your booking. This fee covers administrative costs and secures your date.

Cancellation policy:

-Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the retainer.

-Cancellations within 7 days of the session will forfeit all payments.

-No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.

Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours, notice.

*Creative Control and Delivery*

Creative rights: The photographer reserves the right to select the images that are edited and delivered to the client, based on their professional standards.

No unedited images: Unedited or "raw" files are NOT included in any package.

Client alterations: You may not apply filters or make additional edits to the final images delivered by the photographer.

*Image Usage and Copyright*

Copyright ownership: The photographer retains the copyright to all images. The client is purchasing prints and/or digital files for personal use only.

Personal usage license: You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to download, print, and share your images on social media.

No commercial use: Selling the photos, entering them into contests, or using them for business advertising is prohibited without the photographer's written permission.

Model release: The client grants the photographer permission to use photographs from the session for promotional purposes, including use on the photographer's website, social media, and portfolio. Please contact us if you would like to discuss limiting the use of your images.

*Liability*

Limitation of liability: In the unlikely event that images are damaged or lost due to equipment malfunction or other circumstances beyond the photographer's control, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

Client responsibility: The photographer is not responsible for missed images due to uncooperative subjects, scheduling issues, or restrictions at the session location.

5. Your Choices

You may request that we do not use your images for promotional purposes.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We only photograph minors with parental or guardian consent.
